Located within Guixi Ecological Park in Chengdu's Jiaozi Park Business District, the striking 120-metre twin towers overlook the Jinjiang River and the city's evolving skyline.
The development will serve as a hub for the digital and cultural industries, accommodating a diverse mix of digital media offices, cultural workspaces, digital art galleries, and exhibition venues.
At its heart, a vibrant sunken plaza will attract visitors throughout the year, creating a dynamic destination for digital media enthusiasts and the wider community.
With the façade scheduled for completion in Winter 2026, the NBD Centre is set to become a new architectural landmark for Chengdu, contributing to the ongoing transformation of the Jiaozi Park Business District into a leading centre for innovation, culture, and commerce.
