Eric Wen studied architecture at the Department of Architecture of Shenzhen University from 2003 to 2008 and completed his Master’s Degree in Architecture Design and Urban Planning at the University of Edinburgh in 2012.
Prior to joining QUAD studio, Eric has been engaged in architectural design work in several design companies:
In 2009 he was part of the design team at A+E DESIGN in Shenzhen where he helped complete a number of residential design, the most notable project was the Huaqiang North SEG factory redevelopment.
In 2013 he moved to Hong Kong where he worked for large global firms the likes of ATKINS and AEDAS where he was in the design team working on large scale development in Greater China. The most notable are Baoneng Global Financial Center in Shenyang, Chengdu East Village Mixed Used Development for Greenland Group, Sungang Mixed Use Development for Shenzhen Centalcon Holdings and Taichung Bank headquarters in Taiwan.
Eric’s moto is “Get it done and Do it well!” with his wide knowledge of different building types and his profoundly active passion toward architecture, Eric has helped lead and completed many projects of different scales.
He has professional management and cooperation experience in architectural design from concept stage to construction stage, and can actively cooperate with various professional consultants to promote the project to ensure the final completion of high-quality results.
