The Cosmopolitan City
We feel that Hong Kong and New York, both are very cosmopolitan city rich with multinational cultures. They both have the love of art, the rawness of local culture infiltrated into the patterns and textures of the streetscape and a lifestyle rich with contextual representation.

One Point One One
Although Hong Kong and New York shares the same qualities in Art, Pattern, Wall Textures and Structure, the combination of each individual element could be considered items only found in Hong Kong and these are the items that will inspire the look and feel of a Club House specially designed for Hong Kong.
ONE POINT ONE ONE - ONE Theme : ELEVEN Variations

For the lobby our intention was to create a gallery like space where the furniture are specially selected for display like an art installation.

The corridors connecting the destinations of interest is intentionally monochrome and minimal.
One Point One One
The lounge area specifically designed for reading and relaxation. The large glazed doors opens and extends into the garden allowing residents and guest to seamlessly connect with nature.
One Point One One
Inspired by a New York aesthetic, the furniture is specifically selected to create a ambient feel with a sense of luxury married with natural tones similar to that found in the New York 'Highline'.

The dining room has a variety of different functions designed as a large family party room.
One Point One One
Our intention is to create a fusion between east and western culture with a variety of different space specially designed to meet different party functions. In keeping with the New York style aesthetics, the furniture and material pallet has been extended to another level of detail.

The feature staircase connects the sports zone with the children's playroom above.

Inspired by New York Street Culture, we took aspects of a variety of outdoor street sports and grafitti and combine them into a multi function ballcourt. The space combines street art with different sports activities including a double storey rock climbing wall.

On the ELEVEN as a finale to our journey, we designed a swimming pool that straddles between the hard line created by it's architecture and the soft landscape. The soft landscape is extended into the swimming pool wall creating a bespoke artwork inspired by the dynamic motion of swimming.
