彭梓津于2018年加入扩道并担任高级主任建筑设计师一职。 于香港大学修毕建筑学和在2009年取得注册建筑师资格后，他于伦敦KPF建筑设计有限公司以及香港凯达建筑设计有限公司从事建筑设计工作，参与各项在澳门、香港和中国的设计及建筑项目，例如香港高铁西九龙总站。香港高铁西九龙总站为最大型的地底交通建筑，而他有多于7年的时间在此项目中担任设计联络代表和项目建筑师。
他的专长涵盖大众运输导向型发展项目的大规模规划以及工业翻新项目，综合用途用地的协调、运输基建大楼的详细设计、合同文件、住宅室内设计、风水柔合设计、3D超卓建模、图像设计以及多媒体汇报方式。
