Schnee于2021年加入扩道，担任副总监。她曾在中国﹑德国﹑西班牙﹑丹麦及葡萄牙修读建筑，以欧盟建筑工程师硕士毕业。
在加入扩道之前，Schnee曾在知名设计事务所就职，包括德国斯图加特的Herr Mueller Architect Buero和奥地利维也纳的Coop Himmelb(l)au Wolf D. Prix & Partner。Schnee在2016回流中国，并于成都Aedas担任BIM Design建筑信息模型设计的领导；在2017年，她开设了自己的事务所，致力建筑和室内设计。
